Established in 1995, Zhejiang Fonye Group Co., Ltd. is a large group company specializing in producing stainless steel products, with annual output of USD50,000,000. We have 400 highly skilled staff, and the group is composed of steel making mill, steel rolling mill, drilling mill, drawing mill, automobile windows & doors company and high & middle pressure valve mill.
Meanwhile, we also own a transformer substation of 35kV, a machenical inspection center and a gas supplying station. All these equipment make an integrated production system. We have EAF-AOD furnace of 50,000 metric tons, stainless steel output including ingot casting and horizontal contineous casting production line, rolling production line of 100,000 metric tons bars output, and drawing production line of 30,000 metric tons, mother hollow and 8,000-metric-ton seamless pipe. Fonye Group can produce various kinds of ingot, bars and seamless pipe conforming to GB, ASTM, JIS, DIN, GOST standards on the requirement of clients.
Besides of production equipment, Fonye Group also owns advanced and excellent inspection and quality control equipment. Its inspection equipment, such as spectrum instruments from England and Germany, infrared C.S. analysis instrument, 30T omnipotent material testing machine, sclerometer, ultrosonic tester, eddy current tester and metallography tester help ensure that products conform to national or international standards and clients' requirements.
